Home Sweet Home

Its been ages since our favorite blue creature had traveled long distances. Ever since calling Phoenix her home, she has gotten use to being the lazy taur she is. But now she was on the road again; she missed her close friends and things weren't going to well in plenty other ways. She just had to get out of there; and hopefully start a new somewhere else. Maybe even be lucky enough to find those that she considered as friends.

She had a cart that was packed with items that belonged to her. A tent for those rainy days, clothes she has collected, some furniture (mainly consisted of large cushions and frames for them), crafting objects from clothe making to jewelry making, and of course food that was collected through out her trip. It all looked heavy, but with Lin strength and the wheels of course it was a breeze to pull it all around. But even if she was able to easily move things around, the taur was prone to tiring herself out if she traveled for too long. Plus, there was an added reason on why she tired out so easily.

Her travel wasn't easy either; a lot of people were a threat to her and even some would go out their way to harm her. She could protect herself, but she could only do so much. Bandages wrapped around different places on her hind legs, one wrapped around her right shoulder and arm, as well as near the end of her tail.

She pushed against the handle of the cart, sighing heavily and hoping her moving around would end soon. And as if her prayers were answered, the holy light from the skys shined down on a manor.. The taurs tired eyes staring up to the building that looked like a home. It felt so... familiar.. warm.. Already she was dragging herself and her cart towards the front door.. Her forehead being the knocker to the door as it fell into the wood..

Zoruna was in the main room in the house. Right off the to hallway at the entrance. She was reading a cookbook to try and learn new recipes. She wanted to learn more things to cook. Yet couldn't stay focused on the task at hand. Sighing as she REAAAAAAALLY missed Rosalin. Sniffling a bit as the woman was her bestest friend. Truth be told she really had a crush on the blue taur woman. She looked back at the pages again. Missing Rosalin was distracting her so much. She had Hero here but couldn't help wishing Lin was here too.

She blinked and snapped out of her thoughts as her sensitive elven ears began twitching. She heard knocking at the door? How strange. She put the cookbook on the nightstand. Standing up and headed towards the door. "I'm coming!" She called out. Slowly unlocking the door. She pulled it open and let out a squeal of delight. "LIN!!!!" She threw her arms around the woman as she clung to her tightly. Which wasn't that tight as she didn't have much physical strength. Nuzzling Lin and her form pressed into the other woman's.

"I missed you so much! Come in. Come in." She said. Pulling the woman into the house. "What brings you all the way out this way?" She asked. Practically bouncing from her excitement.

She continued to let her head lean against the door until she felt it open. Standing straight suddenly before smiling suddenly at the sight before her. Seeing Runa there put a great wave of relief on the woman, draping her arms around her friend and hugging her gently; not her usual bear hugs. She was just too tired.

"I didn't think I'd find you so soon…" She stated all while getting pulled in, the cart following since the handle bar was in front of her body anyway. Though once her cart was inside, she pushed the bar up a little and ducked under it.

"I uh.. Left home.." She added to answer Runa's question. A gentle smile coming from the large blue taur.

She could tell almost instantly that Lin was really tired. Simple reason...her hug was gentle and loose. Not the bear hugs she was so accustomed to receiving. Still she nuzzled her once she was free of the cart. Clinging to her happily. "I'm glad you did." She said softly. Her happiness just flowing from her very being. She looked at her friend as she pulled back. "Your glowing. Why are you glowing? What happened Lin? Are you alright?" She asked worriedly. Pulling the taur with her and helped her sit down. "You should rest. You can stay with me in my room. Hero is off doing trader stuff but I know he'll be happy to see you."

Lin chuckled a little when Runa states that she was glad. Some would have probably took offense to that. Following her friend to a place to sit, though making sure that her tail caught a hold of her favorite cushion to sit on; giving Runa a weird look.

"Glowing? What ever do you mean? The most I should look is tired and maybe a little hungry." She smirked softly. "and maybe happy that I found you." she added. She was quite amused the she could hide her pregnancy so well. Only three people knew back home, including the father. Everyone else seemed quite clueless. Though she can only guess that her child was diffidently not a taur because of the lack of tummy growth, but she knew she gain on a few pounds.

"I would love to share a room with you again." She grinned out while settling her cushion down and letting the lower half of her body stretch out comfortably across it. "n' I'll be happy to see Hero again as well."

Zoruna looked at her. "Yeah glowing." She said softly. "You look tired and hungry which I can remedy the second one soon as you have rested some." She said with a warm smile. "You have that glow my drow mother had when she was pregnant with my younger brother. It is confusing unless you are pregnant." Looks at her friend. "Are you Lin?" She asked curiously. As if just realizing her train of thought. Her eyes sparkling a bit more. "Happy just begins to cover seeing you again Lin." She said. Hugging Lin again. Smiling happily. "Yay!" She said in delight and excitement. Sitting against her friend. Laying her head on her. "He'll be happy to see you again as well." She said with a knowing smile. "I've missed you so much." She said. Wrapping her arms around Lin's torso. Nuzzling her a bit.

Lin couldn't help but to laugh a little. Wrapping her arms around Runa and giving her a light squeeze and a nuzzle to her neck.

"Seems that I can't hide anything from my best friend.. No one else back home didn't figure it out.." She chuckled and sat up after the hug. "And they still don't know.." She added before letting her arms fold along her chest. Breathing in heavily before letting out a sigh.

"Yes.. I'm pregnant. Lost track of time though, so I'm not sure when I'm due." An embarrassed smile appearing along her blue features. Resting her head down on top of Runa's lightly, a slight nuzzle.

"Missed you too."

Zoruna leaned into the light squeeze. Giggling and blushed a bit. "You could but sometimes I'm actually observant." She said playfully. "I'm sorry to hear no one else figured it out." SHe said softly. Leaning against Rosalin still. "We'll go see a healer. I heard Zyar is here. He could possibly tell you how far along you are. His dragon side is descended from the dragon of life." She said softly. Smiling at her. "We can totally raise the baby together. It will be so much fun!" She said in excitement. Her cheeks blushing a bit. "I mean...if you want to that is." She said shyly. She wrapped her arms around Lin's neck. "I'm glad. I had hoped to see you again and now I have. It is so awesome." She said happily.

"Sorry? I was hiding it from people.." She chuckled out a little while rubbing the side of her head. "Only the father and his sister knew. And the master healer." Closing her eyes a bit with a yawn, wrapping her tail around Runa lightly.

"I really don't want to see another healer. When it comes it comes.." She spoke out care freely.. A smirk to Runa when she said that wanted to help raise it. She didn't make much of a comment; and just merely rubbed her eyes a bit.
